The candidates chosen by primary voters in Burlington County and across New Jersey on the July 7 election have been announced and certified by NJ Secretary of State Tahesha Way. One of the most significant primaries in the state happened right here in Burlington County with newcomer, Amy Kennedy claiming the nomination in New Jersey's 2nd Congressional District.
In 2017, Tom Pullion and Balvir Singh became the first Democratic victors on the road to a new era in Burlington County government. Voters on July 7 renominated them for their 2nd terms on the Board of Chosen Freeholders. Senator Cory Booker and Representatives Donald Norcross and Andy Kim clinched their respective nominations for the November 3 general election. Municipal candidates across the county have also been finalized, and all aforementioned candidates will appear under the column headlined by our nominees for President and Vice President, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
